Brush- The appropriate brush for Tito's fur type would be a slicker brush. These brushes are sold at any pet store or grocery store. The slicker brush is perfect for Tito because it removes unwanted excess fur as well as naturally spreading his hair oils with each brush stroke. 

 

Comb- Tito uses a medium tooth comb on his fur. It is important to know the different size combs when brushing your cat is because if you use one that isn't the right size you could cause extra knots as well as hair loss. A medium tooth comb goes smoothly through his fur without damaging it. 

 

Nail clipper- A scratching post will only go so far as to shorten nails. A nail clipper is a must so their nails don't grow into their paws and become infected and hurt your cat. Nail clippers are inexpensive, but worth the purchase for keeping your cat healthy and happy. 

 

Leave in conditioner- This part is done only when needed. Tito uses Tropiclean dander reducing waterless cat shampoo. This is a part of Tito's spa regime because it is rinse free and Tito like most cats isn't a fan of getting wet. This formula reduces dander and decreases allergy causing dander.
